Excitation of photons and phonons by an oriented particle in crystals

Description

Processes of the generation of phonons and electronic excitations by an oriented quantum particle in a crystal have been considered. The probabilities of the excitation of phonons and plasmons by the channeled quantum particles have been calculated. The theory of the excitation of the crystal by the channeled particle with the simultaneous emission of photons has been developed

Abstract (Russian)

Рассмотрены процессы генерации фононов и электронных возбуждений квантовой ориентированной частицей в кристалле. Рассчитаны вероятности возбуждения фононов и плазмонов квантовой каналированной частицей. Построена теория возбуждения кристалла каналированной частицей с одновременной эмиссией фотонов
