A method to determine the electroweak mixing angle from the γ-distributions of semi-leptonic neutrino scattering
Description
A method to determine sin2theta from the combination of neutral-current and charged-current y-distributions of semi-leptonic neutrino and antineutrino scattering is discussed. The dependence of sin2theta on quark model parameters can be reduced by this method. In particular, uncertainties introduced by the strange quark component of the nucleon can be removed. (orig.)
