Defect structure of Li1-xCo0.5xVO3 0<x≤0.35 solid solution

Description
The phase composition of the Li2O-CoO-V2O5 system is verified through the methods of RPA, EPR and IR-spectroscopy. It is shown that the extension of the Li1-xCo0.5VO3 solid solution constitutes 0<x≤0.35 by x=0.35. It is assumed that as a result Li1-of deformation and convergence of vanadium-oxygen polyhedrons in the Li1-xCo0.5VO3 system there takes place formation of the nearest surrounding, analogous to the vanadium atoms surrounding in bronze. With the x-value growth there occurs transition from the proper disordering to domination of impurity defects in the structure
Abstract (Russian)
методами РФА, ЭПР и ИК-спектроскопии уточнен фазовый состав системы Li2O-CoO-V2O5. Показано, что протяженность твердого раствора Li1-xCo0.5x cjcnfdkztn 0<x≤0.35; при x=0.35. Предположено, что в структуре Li1-xCo0.5xVO3 в результате деформации и сближения ванадийкислородных полиэдров вокруг части атомов ванадия формируется ближайшее окружение, аналогичное окружению атомов ванадия в бронзе. С ростом величины х в твердом растворе происходит переход от собственного разупорядочения к доминированию в структуре примесных дефектовAdditional details
