Description
This work deals with the discovery of the sixth and last quark : the quark top. In the first part, the proton structure is described. The second part is a recall of quantum chromodynamics. The third and fourth parts described the second, the third and sixth generations of quarks including the discovery of the quark top. The fifth part consists on experimental projects.
