Electrical properties of high temperature superconductors
Description
High critical temperature (high-Tc) ceramic superconductors have gained widespread interest in the scientific community. Although remarkable strides have been made during the past few years, greater processing innovations are needed to accelerate progress toward major bulk applications. The paper contains a brief description of the crystal structure of high-Tc ceramic superconductors and their electrical properties are reported. Particular attention is paid to the sinter-forged technique and some experimental results are presented. (orig.)
