Determination of charge carrier concentrations in the (Pbsub(1-x)Snsub(x))sub(1-y)Tesub(y) crystals with familiar y compositions

Description
The effect of deviation from stoichiometry on electrophysical properties of (Pbsub(1-x)Snsub(x))sub(1-y)Tesub(y) crystals was investigated. Hall effect was measured for (Pbsub(1-x)Snsub(x))sub(1-y)Tesub(y) crystals grown by the method of zone melting with x=0; 0.20; 0.60; 0.80; 1.0 and ysub(s)sup(max) compositions corresponding to the maximal melting point
