On the PSI-meson decay suppression
Description
It is shown that: (a) the relative suppression of Gsub(PSI→3πPHI→3π0/G decays is due to the decrease of the quark effective coupling constants with increasing resonance mass; (b) the suppression model with the Appelquist-Politzer and de Rukhul-Gleshow ''asymptotic freedom'' contradicts the wide-angle pp-scattering data; (c) no such contradiction is observed in the proposed finite charge renormalization shcheme
