Description

Radioactive cesium, strontium and cobalt were monitored in surface waters in the surrounds of the Dukovany and Bohunice nuclear power plants. Large samples were taken and processed using the method of group precipitation. Mixed precipitates were measured using gamma spectrometry, 90Sr was determined radiochemically. The samples were evaluated by several research units and the results show good reproducibility for semiconductor spectrometry. (M.D.). 1 tab., 3 refs
