Description
Four different types of electronic conducting ceramics were investigated concerning their applicability for being used as a resistor in noise thermometry. A new preparation method where the electrodes are directly inserted into the green ceramic compact while being formed, is demonstrated in its usefulness. Modifying the composition of a Lanthanum-chromite based ceramic leads to a lower vaporization of the chromium compound. Manipulation of the nature and amount of dopants for ceramics containing polyvalent cations can lead to useful new resistor materials. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Vier verschiedene Typen elektronenleitender Keramiken wurden auf ihre Eignung als Messwiderstand fuer die Rauschthermometrie untersucht. Eine neue Herstellungsmethode, bei der die Elektroden direkt mit dem Pulver verpresst werden, hat sich als guenstig erwiesen und wird hier vorgestellt. Durch Variation der Zusammensetzung einer Lanthanchromid-Keramik wurde der Dampfdruck der Chromkomponente erniedrigt. Durch Manipulation der Art und der Menge des Dotierungsmaterials koennen bei Keramiken mit polyvalenten Kationen brauchbare neue Widerstandsmaterialien hergestellt werden. (orig.)Additional details
