Modification of TlInS2 monocrystal photocurrent spectra under intercalation

Description
Influence of intercalation by lithium ions in electric and photoelectric properties of TlInS2 monocrystals was studied. It was established that intercalation resulted to two times increase of spectral photosensitivity in impurity region of photocurrent spectrum and to the displacement f inherent photocurrent maximum from 2.5 to 2.3 eV. 4 refs., 5 figs
