Potential radiation hazards in gamma radiography equipment

Two unusual occurrences are selected to show possible overexposures to ionizing radiation in gamma radiography. Particular emphasis is laid on improper handling of the irradiation device as the cause of such occurrences. Instructions aimed at avoiding them are given. (author)
