Synthesis and study of properties of Ti(3) tetrahydroborate
Description
A method for synthesizing tetrahydroborate of Ti(3), based on a reaction of TiCL4 with LiBH4, is proposed. Thermal decomposition of Ti(BH4)3 at 20 deg C ha nvestigated. The solubility of titanium tetrahydroborate in n-hexane, cyclohexane, benzene, dioxane, and tetrahyrofuran has been determined
