General relationship between linear and nonlinear realization of supersymmetry

Description

The close correspondence between the superfield approach to the supersymmetry and the Volkov-Akulov nonlinear realization is established. It is shown that any superfield, by certain field-dependent change of variables xsub(μ), thetasub(α), can be transformed to the form in which it is represented by nonlinearly transforming components. Inversely, there always exist the functions of the nonlinear realization objects which transform according to the linear supertransformation law. General theorems and explicit formulas are derived. They describe the transition from the linear realization to the nonlinear one and vice versa
