Description
On February 23, 1987 an event was found at the Baksan underground scintillation telescope at the time indicated by the KAMIOKANDE II detector. The event at 7: 36: 11 ± 2 sec UT consists of 5 signals with energies of 12 - 33 MeV during 9 seconds from which the first 3 in 1.7 seconds
