Description
Status of the following studies is reported: ion-molecule reactions in silane and organosilane systems; long-lived intermediate complexes in the reaction of silyl ions with ethylene; the bimolecular reaction of silyl radicals; formation of disilane in the D-atom induced decomposition of monosilane; reaction of silyl radicals with acetone; and radiolysis of monosilane-nitric oxide mixtures.
