Constraints on parameters of gauge theories of interaction from comparison of theoretical and experimental values for anomalous magnetic moments of charged leptons
Description
A short of the theoretical and experimental approach to the problem of the anomalous magnetic moment of a charged lepton is presented. The comparison of the precise theoretical and experimental values of the anomalous magnetic moments of the electron and muon provides an ideal tool for testing the validity of theoretical framework. The rigorous bounds on some parameters of different models of interaction are obtained and discussed. 49 refs
