Elastic properties of electrostructure segnetoceramics

Description
By the acoustic measurements date temperature dependences of the main elastic parameters for ceramics of lead magnoniobate and solid solutions of lead magnoniobate and scandoniobate are obtained. It has been found that in the field of the Curie medium temperature there exists the region of temperature stability of elastic properties. The evaluations of the Debye temperature of the investigated compositions are performed
