Self-organized diffusion-deformation distribution of point defects in stressed heterosystems

Description
A nonlinear model of the self-organized redistribution of point defects in three-layer GaAs/InAs/GaAs and ZnTe/CdTe/ZnTe heterosystems has been developed. It has been demonstrated that the concentration profile of point defects can the width of the internal stressed layer
