Description

Fermion mass relations are investigated in an SO(14) model of multi-generational unification. Models of fermion mass matrices are constructed, yielding mass relations and mixing angles compatible with experiment. A new mass relation is found which explains why msub(u) < msub(d) but msub(c) > msub(s). Mass relations between the exotic fermions of the theory are also found. (author)
