Description
The Report describes a new compact plate recuperator in modular design, also the production and thermohydraulic studies of the heat-exchanging parts. For the main parameter ssensitivity analyses are performed to show the influence on the compactness of the heat exchanger. Two design studies for large compact heat exchangers demonstrate the advantage of this type of construction compared to conventional tubular heat exchangers. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Die Arbeit beschreibt das Baukonzept fuer einen neuartigen kompakten Rekuperator sowie die Herstellung und die thermohydraulische Untersuchung des waermeuebertragenden Apparatekerns. Des weiteren wird der Einfluss der wichtigsten Auslegungsparameter auf die Kompaktheit des Apparates dargestellt. Anhand von zwei Auslegungsstudien fuer kompakte Grossapparate werden schliesslich die Vorteile dieser Bauweise im Vergleich zur konventionellen Roehrenbauweise veranschaulicht.
