Full text : The results of studies of liquid Fe2(SO4)/H2O/PEG system using dynamic light scattering and electron magnetic resonance have been presented. The formation of sub-micro and micro-clusters consist of hexa-aqua iron ions, PEG and bonded water molecules of the sizes within the temperature interval 293-333 K and their coexistence in dynamically equilibrium state have been shown
