Correlations within a double wave packet due to a discrete-time modified Schroedinger-like equation
Description
By replacing the time derivative in the Schroedinger equation with a discrete-time difference and expressing the equation in nonlocal form, the author discusses the time evolution of a two-particle wave packet in such a picture. To the degree of approximation he uses, he demonstrates that even without an interaction in the Hamiltonian the wave packets are correlated with one another, and in fact, propagate and spread faster due to the discrete-time nonlocal nature of the dynamics
