Physical commissioning of Mochovce Unit 1

Description
The aims, scope and proceedings of physical commissioning at Unit 1 NPP Mochovce in 1998 are given in the paper. Furthermore, the results of selected physical commissioning tests are given: Reactor Initial Criticality Test, Measurements of Critical Boron Acid Concentrations, Control Rod - Motor Coupling Test, Determination of Maximal Reactor Power for Physical Commissioning Stage, Reactivity Computer Checkout, Reactor Core Load Symmetry Test, Group 6 Control Rods Worth Test and Control Rods Worth Test. Theoretical values calculated by BIPR-7 are given to individual experimental values. The agreement of experimental and theoretical values is investigated on the basis of acceptance criteria.
