Preparation of tritium-labelled derivatives of benzylic acid

Description
Conditions of tritium label introduction into aromatic compounds via dehalogenation of the respective chlorine-, bromine- and iodine-containing precursors are studied. Isobutyl and N,N-dimetylaminoethyl ethers of derivatives of benzylic acids with respectively 1.21 and 0.71 PBq/mol molar radioactivity are obtained. 2 refs
