Broadband transmitter for pulse nuclear quadrupole resonance spectrometer

A broadband transmitter, comprising a radiofrequency pulse shaper and power amplifier with gating system, is described. The transmitter operation frequency range is 0.1-60 MHz, power amplification factor is 40 db at nonuniformity ≤ 3 db, output power is 1 kW. Suppression factor of the carrier frequency during interruption of radio frequency pulse shaper constitutes 80 db. Moreover, the suppression factor increases at the expense of the power amplifier supply modulation. Amplification stages are produced using the KP901, KP904 field effect transistors
