Refractive index profiles of helium implanted LiNbO3 and LiTaO3

Description
The refractive index profiles of helium implanted LiNbO3 and LiTaO3 are determined in a non-destructive manner by numerical processing of the measured angular dependence of reflectivity. The results obtained are important for proper designing of optical waveguides
