Description

The investigation results of copper M1 surface layers alloyed by titanium, zirconium and chromium atoms under the action of compression plasma flows on the coating/copper system are presented. The findings showed that an increase of the energy density absorbed by the surface and the number of processing pulses reduces the concentration of the alloying elements in the surface layer, due to an increase of the thickness of the melted layer and a more intensive erosion of the coating material.(authors)
