Match programme - The tool for the steering of the needs-resources adequacy of the nuclear sector to meet its own programmes. Note delivered to the government + Synthesis of the note delivered to the government, April 2023

Description

The Match programme is a tool designed for the steering of the adequacy between needs and resources. After a recall of its origins, a description of its operation, and of its potential evolutions, this report presents results obtained within the nuclear sector in terms of planned workload, of general lessons learned from the analysis, of jobs, of segments of core activity, of lessons learned for work-groups associated with core activity segments. It discusses conditions of success and action levers to develop resources, to improve the sector operational performance, to ensure the ability of companies to carry out projects. It also highlights sensitivity factors of the Match programme: sensitivity to evolutions of planned workload, to interactions of the French nuclear sector, and to industrial policies
