Description

The energy law for the regulated Electricity and gas market has a stratified structure. The tariff structures and conditions that are established by the executive board of the Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa), based on article 36 of the Electricity Act 1998 and article 12f of the Gas Act, are in a way the tailpiece. This article focuses mainly on the procedure for amendment of these conditions.

Abstract (Dutch)

Het energierecht betreffende de gereguleerde elektriciteits- en gasmarkt, kent een gelaagde structuur. De door de raad van bestuur van de Nederlandse mededingingsautoriteit (NMa) op basis van art. 36 Elektriciteitswet 1998, respectievelijk art. 12f Gaswet vast te stellen tariefstructuren en voorwaarden vormen hiervan in zekere zin het sluitstuk. De onderhavige bijdrage is met name gericht op de procedure tot wijziging van deze voorwaarden.
