Topics in multi-component fermi systems
Description
The following theoretical aspects of multi-component Fermi systems are investigated: exact analytical calculations of the multi-component transport coefficients; the scattering amplitudes; and means of obtaining the Landau interactions for a two-component system, the associated problems, and some applications. Specific attention is given to interactions involving spin-polarized helium 3
