Description

A data model is an effective technique to define the shareable semantics that are essential to the success of data communication in an integrated environment. Requirements for the hcp data model: •Data types should reflect the structure of the problem •Make the code more readable •No dependencies on changing units (by external or internal demands) •No hidden unit conversions throughout the code •No fixed ordering of data in parameter space •Easy handling of data types for new users of the code
