The article first introduces us to the present level of fuel element techniques, gives some explanations as to the situation of production methods and reports also on the operational behaviour of fuel elements and fuel element service. The article provides also a forecast of the development goals of Germany's reactor constructor number one. Finally, the market situation in Europe is explained. (UA)

Es wird zunaechst der Stand der Brennelement-Technik vorgestellt, einiges zum Stand der Fertigungstechnik ausgefuehrt und ueber Brennelement-Betriebsverhalten und Brennelement-Service berichtet. Weiterhin wird ein Ausblick auf die Entwicklungsziele des groessten deutschen Reaktorherstellers gegeben. Abschliessend wird die Marktsituation in Europa erlaeutert. (UA)
