11-year modulation and spectrum of cosmic rays in the interstellar space
Description
The form of the modulation function and the absolute values of the modulation coefficient K were determined. The spectra of cosmic ray in the interstellar space out of the effective modulation region were calculated using values K and the differential energy spectra measured near the Earth at the solar activity minimum. It was taken into account the change of the cosmic rays energy during their propagation through the interplanetary space
