Some properties of alloys of TlInTe2-TlNdTe2 system

Description
As a result of a roentgenographic investigation of the TlInTe2-TlNdTe2 system alloys, formation of solid solutions of substitution based on the TlInTe2 compound has been found to take place in the range of 70-100 mol.% of TlInTe2 crystallizing in the tetragonal syngony, and of quaternary TlInNdTe4 compound crystallizing in the same syngony. All the alloys investigated possess reversing properties. The threshold voltage of reversion decreases linearly with increasing the content of neodymium in the range of the solid solution existence
