Superheated steam generator

Superheated steam generator, comprising a horizontal cylindrical internal casing closed at both ends, in which there is an appreciably vertical tube plate delimitating with one of the ends a chamber separated by a bulkhead into two manifolds, respectively for the intake and outlet of a primary fluid, a bundle of U tubes carrying the primary fluid, each end of the U tubes passing through the tube plate to issue respectively into the intake and outlet manifolds, an intake pipe in the casing for a secondary fluid to be vaporized by thermal exchange with the primary fluid through the walls of the U tubes, and an opening provided in the casing for exhausting the steam generated.
