Vibrational spectra and lattice dynamics of potassium triiodate crystal

Structural data and vibrational spectra of potassium triiodate were analyzed to suggest the dynamic model of its crystal lattice, providing satisfactory agreement between experimental and calculation data. The obtained data enabled to conduct the detailed interpretation of vibrational spectra of potassium triiodate and to make conclusions about peculiarities of intracrystal interactions in its lattice. 14 refs., 3 figs., 2 tabs
