Vibration-electron relaxation of highly excited vibration states generated by ion impact and by plasma

Description
The accommodation processes of the energy of vibrational excitations arising at ion impact are considered. The model taking into account the vibrational relaxation on phonon and electron channels is proposed. The rates of electron excitation of solids at ion impact are calculated by means of the multi-quantum vibrational-electron mechanism model for different levels of electron excitation

Рассмотрены процессы аккомодации энергии колебательных возбуждений, возникающих при ионном ударе. Предложена модель, учитывающая колебательную релаксацию по фононному и электронному каналам. Рассчитаны скорости электронного возбуждения твердого тела при ионном ударе по модели многоквантового колебательно-электронного механизма для разного уровня электронного возбужденияAdditional details
