Based on selection and grouping of initiating events of first level Probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA) of gas uranium enrichment system, the complete event trees including human event trees are established according to the analysis of initiating events accident sequence and system safety design characteristics of gas uranium enrichment system, lay the foundation for the further study of first level Probabilistic Safety Assessment.
