Elastic π+p, K+p and pp scattering in the Coulomb-nuclear interference region at the momenta of 42.5 and 52.2 GeV/c

Description
Total and differential cross sections of elastic scattering of π+, K+ mesons and protons are measured on protons at incident momenta of 42.5 and 52.2 GeV/c. The experiment has been aimed at determining rho(0) ratio of a real part of scattering amplitude forward to imaginary one by observing interference between coulomb and nuclear interactions. The measurement has been made at small angles of scattering, the experiment being made on high-energy channel of IFVE accelerator. Experimental values of rho(0) for elastic pp, π+p and K+p scattering are compared with other results. The values of rho(0) obtained are in a good agreement with the calculation results on dispersion ratios
