Electrical properties of superconducting (La/sub 1-X/Sr/sub X/)/sub 2/CuO/sub 4/ and Ba/sub 2/YCu/sub 3/O/sub 7-δ/ thin films

Description
The (La/sub 1-x/Sr/sub x/)/sub 2/CuO/sub 4/ (LSC) is an attractive superconductor not only because of its high T/sub c/ but because of the possible two-dimensionality in its electrical properties due to the K/sub 2/NiF/sub 4/ crystal structure. Even higher T/sub c/ than that of LSC is realized for Ba/sub 2/YCu/sub 3/O/sub 7-δ/ (BYC) superconductor. This study fabricates the single crystalline LSC films and polycrystalline BYC films. In this report, electrical properties of these films such as carrier density, Hall mobility and I-V characteristics are described
