On modeling of secondary electron emission from simple metals

Creators

Description

It is shown that through adding the account of exchange-correlation interaction between electron gas electrons tot he standard model of electron scattering in metal it is possible to drive the calculated integral characteristics of the secondary electron emission notably closer to experimental results (up to approximately 15 %, taking aluminium as an example) without introduction of any empirical parameters
