What implications for energy do various possible changes in french society have? Three contrasting hypothetical scenarios describe future possibilities nd illustrate the effects of the major decisions that public authorities will be led to make in the coming years: the opening of markets for energy networks, the fight against the greenhouse effect (by limiting CO2 emissions), the place of nuclear energy... all this in view of 2010 and 2020.
