Nodal transport methods after years

Creators

Description

An expository development of nodal transport methods is presented, followed by a new derivation of these methods starting from a variational principle. An analogous variational derivation of transverse-averaged nodal diffusion methods also is given. The progress in the development and application of nodal transport methods since their beginnings five years ago is reviewed and some comments on their further development are made
