Structural changes and mechanical properties of 00Kh11N10M2T maraging steel at α reversible γ transformation
- 1. AN Ukrainskoj SSR, Kiev. Inst. Mekhaniki
Description
The methods of X ray diffraction and direct electron-microscopic analysis have been used to study the influence of thermal conditions of development of reverse α → γ transformation on austenite and martencite cubic content, their morphology, substructure and deformation stability in connection with the 00Kh11N-- 10M2T steel mechanical properties. In explaining the observed different sensitivity of steel yield and ultimate strength to the phase cubic content the mutual strengthening influence of austenite and aged martencite on their substructure as well as deformation martencite inheritance of phase-hardened austenite substructure is taken into account
