Topological matter coupled to gravity in 2+1 dimensions

Description
2+1 gravity coupled to a scalar and antisymmetric tensor gauge field is examined. The quantum theory is finite-dimensional and exactly solvable, containing two phase space degrees of freedom in addition to those in the vacuum theory. (orig.)
