Description
The protein thyrosynphosphorylation plays a regulating role by transferring a signal from the cell surface to cytoplasm and a nucleus through the membrane, and activating the gene expression. It was discovered that even the minimum dose of gamma-radiation (0.01 Gy) radically changed the age-dependent parameters of thyrosyne phosphorylation in the cellular membrane proteins and the related cytosol proteins engaged in a transmembrane transfer of a signal, double-receptor complex proteins and nuclear proteins. A decrease in total thyrosynchanise activity value of the liver cells, in 2 years after the irradiation, was different
