Description

Automatic translation: The greatest danger in coronary heart disease is associated with myocardial ischemia. Hypoperfusion, even for a relatively short time, can cause arrhythmias, including life-threatening sudden cardiac death. Acute and prolonged cessation of blood supply to the myocardium area naturally leads to the development of its infarction. Repeated or chronic extensive ischemia of the heart muscle is accompanied by the development of ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure, in particular, in connection with postischemic, partially reversible local contractility disorders - hibernation and stunning of the myocardium. Cardiomegaly and heart failure develop.

Abstract (Russian)

Наибольшая опасность при ишемической болезни сердца связана с ишемией миокарда. Гипоперфузия, даже продолжающаяся относительно кратковременно, может вызывать аритмию, в том числе и опасную для жизни, внезапную сердечную смерть. Остро возникшее и длительное прекращение кровоснабжения участка миокарда закономерно приводит к развитию его инфаркта. Повторная или хроническая обширная ишемия мышцы сердца сопровождается развитием ишемической кардиомиопатии и сердечной недостаточности, в частности, в связи с постишемическими, частично обратимыми локальными нарушениями сократимости - гибернацией и оглушением миокарда. Развиваются кардиомегалия и сердечная недостаточность.
