Scalar mesons contributions to the decays of a light Higgs boson
Description
We examine within a QCD framework the contributions of the scalar gluonia and quarkonia on the hadronic and γγ decays on a light Higgs boson having a mass between 2mπ and 2 GeV. We observe enhancements around the resonance peaks. These results suggest a careful rescanning of these energy regions in order to improve the present limits on the value of the Higgs mass from hadronic experiments and ψ, Γ and B decays. These results are also relevant for the light Higgs search at LEP1/SLC. (orig.)
