Description
We discuss the Majorana character of the neutrino and neutronantinueutron oscillation as possible tests of unification models with intermediate mass scales. In particular, we stress that a value of m/sub nue/ few ev's, existence of neutrinoless double β-decay with life-time of the order of 1024 years and/or neutron oscillation with tau/sub NhyphenN/ 106-1010 sec. would constitute a clear signal for a left-right symmetric gauge structure with the scale of local B-L symmetry breaking in the Tev range
