Description

One of the essential advantages of DSA compared with conventional angiographic techniques is its capability of revealing even very slight differences in density for diagnostic evaluation. Experiments with phantoms representing the neck area and the liver have been made in order to test the efficiency of a novel filter system for DSA, and the results are good. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der DSA im Vergleich mit konventionellen angiographischen Verfahren besteht darin, dass sie selbst sehr kleine Dichteunterschiede diagnostisch nutzbar machen kann. An Phantomversuchen wurde beispielhaft die Wirkung eines neuentwickelten Filtersystems fuer die DSA der Halsregion und der Leber untersucht. (orig.)
